The Bensons received their appointment to Central African Republic in 2007, after having spent 11 months on the Associates In Missions program on the island of Madagascar. Their desire was to take the Apostolic Revival they had experienced in Madagascar to the Central African Republic. However due to the civil unrest in the Central African Republic, they were not able to reside in this nation. Even still, their passion to reach the French West African countries with the Gospel of Jesus Christ led them to spend the last three terms working in the countries of Togo and Benin, while making frequent trips into the Central African Republic as circumstances permitted.
They have been resident missionaries in the country of Benin since 2015. Benin was officially added to their countries of appointment in 2018. During their time in Benin, they have constructed and opened a full-time Bible school facility using the GATS Training Program in the city of Ouidah, as well as two satellite Bible Schools in the cities of Cotonou and Abomey. Teaching and training nationals is the passion of the Bensons. Kingdom Growth is founded on a strong Biblical foundation.
