Logan & Hannah Blackmon

In October 2017, the Blackmons were appointed as the first resident missionaries to the West African nation of Guinea. After completing their deputation travels, they arrived on the field in April of 2019. Their first goal was to establish a headquarters church in the capital city of Conakry. Today, God has answered that vision by blessings the Blackmons in establishing a thriving church in the heart of Conakry!

At the time of their arrival, the country of Guinea had three UPCI churches. Now, there are ten churches in Guinea, as well as several preaching points!

The Blackmons have dedicated themselves to providing training for the country's leadership through evening Bible school classes that utilize the G.A.T.S. Training Curriculum. Their next goal is to establish a full-time Bible School during their upcoming term.

Today, Guinea continues to be a growing revival field. The Blackmons will continue to focus on training and church planting as they lead Guinea forward. Their prayer is for God to add laborers to the field that is already white with harvest!

In 2020 their daughter, Sophia, was born adding great joy and energy to the missionary team!
